1906- Rev. P. Schutt becomes first pastor
1907- December 11, dedicate newly built church
1913- East end of church auditorium built
1915- Electricity installed in church
1918- New parsonage built
1924- First American language service
1924- A church barn sold
1925- Young Peoples Society buys church bell
1927- Young Mens Society builds church tower
1927- Committee studies basement for church
1932- Local bank closes, recover $.70 of building fund
1942- Committee works on church basement project
1945- Church basement completed at cost of $10,000
1958- Drive for new organ
1958- Install gray nu-wood and knotty pine wainscoting in church
1958- Install new gas furnace at cost of $1,444.33
1965- Buy church benches from Hull congregation
1966- New carpet for sanctuary and pulpit
1976- New organ installed
1980- New Parsonage built
1997- Became affiliated with the United Reformed Churches of North America
2001- September 18th Council's proposal for a two-stage building program is approved by congregation
2002- October 19th Groundbreaking ceremony for Fellowship Hall
2003- June 12th Fellowship Hall Dedication
2009- September 20th first service is held in the church sanctuary
2009- October 28th Dedication of the Doon United Reformed Church
