Ladies (young and old) of all ages are invited to a Flower Picking Night at Van
Grouw Acres at 6:30 pm (note corrected time)! If you would like to carpool, please be at church at 6:10
pm. Each guest will receive a mason jar and get to create their own bouquet using flowers you pick and
cut yourself! The cost is $15/person. Please sign up on the sign-up sheet in the overflow room if you plan
to attend so we can get an idea of how many ladies to expect.

Garden Share at the Doon Main Street Park. Bring your produce to
Clyde Lems’ garage the night before or to the park during the above hours. Additional dates are:
September 10. More volunteers are needed – check the sign-up sheet in the overflow room.

Stand and Deliver for our area high school youth groups held in Orange City
(hosted by Redeemer URC). We will meet at Unity Christian High School starting at 5:00 p.m. Our
speaker will be Rev. Daniel Hofland. Come dressed for gym activities with appropriate gym clothes and
shoes. Food and fun will be provided! Please RSVP by September 8!
